Caney Creek Marina
Off-channel working marina with 200+ slips, fuel, RV resort, Oakey's on the Water bar/restaurant, and a 22-foot bridge clearance to plan around.
Caney Creek Marina is a practical, off-channel marina about two miles up Caney Creek with 200+ slips, gas, pontoon rentals, a bathhouse, gated entry, and an attached RV resort. On-site dining is Oakey's on the Water, a Caney Creek spinoff of Oakey's Sports Grill in Oak Ridge. The trade-off is a 22-foot fixed bridge clearance on the approach: taller boats need to plan, shorter boats get a calm, well-priced base.

Docking and approach
Approach has more friction than the mid-lake marinas. The basin sits two miles up Caney Creek (off the main channel), and there's a 22-foot fixed bridge clearance to plan around. Once inside, docking is easy and the basin is very protected. The off-channel run, bridge clearance, and occasionally uncertain depth after winter drawdown are the practical trade-offs against a calm, well-priced working base.
If you haven't been to this part of the lake before, the marinas overview explains the trade-offs (approach, docking, traffic, wait time, wind exposure) in plain language so you can match a marina to what you're actually trying to do.
