Docking and approach
Easy approach into a protected cove, floating transient docks, low docking friction. Traffic is mixed family-resort: the pool, lodge, floating cabins, and Maple Creek On The Water bring more land-side foot traffic than dock-side. Restaurant dinner rush can produce wait-time friction unrelated to docking quality. Strong wind protection in the cove.
